The county is blessed with rich natural landscapes, including snow-covered mountains with year-round snow, plateau meadows and hot spring resources. The area maintains a traditional agricultural and pastoral lifestyle with distinctive Tibetan cultural characteristics.
Mozhugongka is an important passage from Lhasa to Linzhi, with the G318 National Highway passing through the area. Tourism resources are mainly religious culture and natural scenery, suitable for humanistic investigation and eco-tourism.
