Fanchang County is located in the southeastern part of Anhui Province, under the jurisdiction of Wuhu City, on the south bank of the Yangtze River, in the transition zone between the hills of southern Anhui Province and the plains along the river, and has been the key place of "Wu Tou Chu Tail" since ancient times, with a history of more than 1,800 years since the county was founded.
