As an important ecological function area in China, it is surrounded by Tangwanghe National Park, China's first pilot area of national park system, with primitive red pine forests, granite stone forest landscape as the core landscape, preserving the complete temperate forest ecosystem. Inside the park, the stone forest scenic area is characterized by strange peaks and lifelike elephant-shaped stones; the primitive red pine forest is characterized by ancient trees and extremely high concentration of negative oxygen ions. The four seasons are distinctive, with mountain flowers in spring, cool summer, colorful forests in autumn, and snowy plains in winter, making the park a resort for eco-tourism and forest recreation, as well as an excellent destination for experiencing the forest culture in the north.
