Nanzhao County, Henan Province: An Ecological and Humanistic Pearl in the Hinterland of Mount Funiu
Nanzhao County is located in the southwestern part of Henan Province, at the southern foot of Mount Funiu, belonging to Nanyang City, and is an important water source for the South-to-North Water Diversion Project. It is rich in ecological resources, with a forest coverage of 65%, and is known as "China's hometown of the Chinese razor" and "China's hometown of the sericulture", with the unique characteristics of the sea of razor flowers and sericulture silk industry. Wuduo Mountain is one of the main peaks of Mount Furniu, with strange peaks, sea of clouds and hot springs, and is a national forest park; part of Danjiang Wetland is located here, with diverse ecological landscapes.
