Tulsa International Airport (TUL) is located in the northeastern part of Tulsa, Oklahoma, USA, about 8 kilometers away from the city center. It is the second largest aviation hub in the state and an important passenger and cargo center in the eastern region of Oklahoma. Originally built in 1921, the airport has two runways and a modern terminal with over 3 million passengers annually and operates more than 20 domestic routes to Dallas, Chicago and Atlanta, with occasional seasonal international flights. As a key engine of Tulsa's economy, the airport not only serves local energy and manufacturing industries, but also supports regional trade through efficient cargo facilities such as an air logistics park, and serves as an important aviation node connecting the South Central United States to the nation and the world.
