Dingxiang County, Shanxi: The Forging Town of Northern Jin and a Famous Historical and Cultural City
Dingxiang County is located in the north-central part of Shanxi Province, Xinzhou City, located in the middle reaches of the Hutuo River in the Xin Ding Basin, relying on the Taihang Mountains in the east and the Yunzhong Mountains in the west, and has been a transportation hub and a major town of commerce in northern Jin since ancient times.
