Jiedong, Guangdong: A Vibrant Urban Area in Northern Chaoshan
Jiedong is located in the eastern part of Guangdong Province, belonging to Jieyang City, in the northern part of Chaoshan Plain and the middle and lower reaches of Rongjiang River, with Shantou and Chaozhou in the east, Puning in the west, Rongcheng in the south and Meizhou in the north, making it an important node of urban areas in Chaoshan region.
