Introduction to Jieshou City, Anhui, China
Jieshou City is located in the northwestern part of Anhui Province, China, under Fuyang City, at the southern end of the Yellow-Huai Plain and bordering with Henan Province. As an important county city in northern Anhui Province, Jieshou has an industrial economy, with specialty industries such as recycled metals, plastic recycling and food processing. The city has a long history and was once known as "Little Shanghai" due to its prosperous trade and commerce during the war period, and there are cultural sites such as the Zang Family Residence. In recent years, Jieshou has been actively developing a circular economy and has been recognized as a national green industry demonstration base, while focusing on ecological construction, relying on the Shaying River to create a waterfront landscape.
