Ban Chiang, Thailand: A Gem of Prehistoric Civilization
Ban Chiang, located in Udon Province in northeastern Thailand, is one of the most important prehistoric archaeological sites in Southeast Asia and was designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1972.
