Shamdo County, Qinghai: An Ecological and Cultural Pearl in the Hinterland of the Sanjiangyuan River
Shamdo County is located in the eastern part of Yushu Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Qinghai Province, in the core hinterland of the Sanjiangyuan National Nature Reserve, an important source of the Yangtze River, the Yellow River and the Lancang River, and is known as the key area of the "Chinese Water Tower".
