Located in the central part of China's Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region, Qingtongxia is a county-level city under the jurisdiction of Wuzhong Municipality, situated in the upper reaches of the Yellow River and famous for its spectacular Qingtongxia Reservoir and canyon landscape.
