Fuji County is a county under the jurisdiction of Wuzhou City in the Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region of China, located in the eastern part of Guangxi and the middle reaches of the Xijiang River, with a total area of about 3,945 square kilometers. The county is predominantly Han Chinese, and also inhabited by Zhuang, Yao and other ethnic minorities, with a population of about one million. Fuji County has a long history, having been founded in the Sui Dynasty, and is one of the important birthplaces of Lingnan culture.
The terrain of Fuji County is mainly hilly and mountainous, and the climate is subtropical monsoon, which is suitable for agricultural development. The economy is dominated by agriculture, producing fruits such as lychee, longan and sugar orange, and supplemented by forestry and mineral resources (such as ilmenite).
