Malavska, Ukraine: Culture and Flavor in a Small Historic Western Town
Malaviska (Малівська), located in the Lviv Oblast in western Ukraine, is a small city with a rich history, ideally situated in the agricultural region in the foothills of the Carpathian Mountains, about 100 kilometers from the city of Lviv. The city's history is rich in multiculturalism, having been part of the Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth, the Austrian Empire and the Second Polish Republic until 1939, when it was incorporated into the Ukrainian Soviet Socialist Republic.
