Located in the southeastern part of China's Henan Province, Xincai County, part of Zhumadian City, is situated in the hinterland of the Yellow-Huai Plain and has a long history as one of the important birthplaces of Chinese civilization. As the seat of the ancient state of Lü, Xincai has a history of more than 3,000 years of city building and is rich in culture, with numerous historical sites such as the ruins of Ge Ling City in its territory.
