Introduction to Minquan, Henan, China
Minquan County is located in the eastern part of Henan Province of China, belonging to the city of Shangqiu, and is situated at the junction of four provinces, namely Henan, Shandong, Suzhou and Anhui, with a total area of about 1,238 square kilometers. Named after the concept of "Minquan" advocated by the modern thinker Sun Yat-sen, the county has a rich historical and cultural background and is the hometown of Zhuangzi, a representative figure of Taoist culture. The economy is based on agriculture, with crops such as grapes and peanuts in abundance, as well as the development of specialty industries such as refrigeration equipment manufacturing.
